A healthy mind came from a positive thinking. Positive thinking should become a way of life. It is not a thing that everyone can do. It shall take time for us to maintain it but its really worth it. 

What is the power of positive atititude ?
With a positive attitude ,we experience pleasant and happy feelings.This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy, and happiness. Our whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even our health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall, our voice is more powerful, and our body language shows the way we feel.

Need some tips to stay positive all the time ?
1) Focus on the present 
-do not overthinking about what will happens in the future .
-do your best on any events that happen in present
2) Find humor in bad situation 
-remind yourself that this bad situation might be a funny story or you can make a joke about it later.
3) Focus on the good things
-find at least one good thing in everything that happens even in bad situation.
-everything that happens will have a reason.
